A. Program's Educational Objectives
- Train students to analyze economic changes occurring in global, regional, and national economies within the framework of fundamental economic principles. Graduates will be able to establish cause-and-effect relationships between economic variables and develop decision-making skills for problem-solving.
- Ensure that graduates can effectively apply the theoretical and practical knowledge, experience, and skills acquired during their education to professional life. They are expected to be team-oriented, collaborative, open to change and innovation, socially and culturally aware, and to uphold ethical and professional standards in their careers.
- Foster students who can undertake projects and activities related to economics within a social responsibility framework, effectively use computers at a level equivalent to the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) basic level, and follow developments in their field by using a foreign language at a minimum of B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to communicate with colleagues and stay informed about advancements in the discipline.

- Understand and apply fundamental concepts, theories, and policies in economics and its sub-disciplines.
- Explain and analyze economic events at global, regional, and national levels and develop the necessary knowledge and skills to address them.
- Utilize and interpret mathematical, statistical, and econometric methods and tools to analyze and solve emerging economic problems in their field.
- Develop economic models based on acquired knowledge and skills to propose solutions to economic problems.
- Establish connections between economic concepts and other disciplines to communicate effectively in written and oral forms with different segments of society.
- Demonstrate social responsibility by developing and implementing projects and initiatives that address social and economic dynamics in their communities.
